What are the hottest products at IFA this year? The smartphones with their eye-catching over-the-edge screens? The super-slim tablets? The smartwatches with circular displays or even cellular radios? There is a heck of a lot of really attention-grabbing hardware out there, and while it’s easy to get caught-up in the really headlining items, focusing solely on them would be doing a disservice to the scores of additional products manufacturers have brought to show off, including a lot of new accessories. Samsung had some new toys to share at its Unpacked 2 event the other day, and we recently took a moment to spend some time withthe new Gear Circle.
The Gear Circle’s a Bluetooth necklace/headset of sorts, securing itself around your neck with its powerful magnets until you pull them apart and pop its earbuds in. That mechanism affords users intuitive control over their media, stopping music playback as easily as removing the earbuds and snapping them back together.
