Apple has introduced the 'Retina' terminology seen so far in the iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro to its range of desktop all-in-one computers. The 27-inch iMac with Retina 5K display comes with a 5120x2880 display, which Apple is terming the "world's highest resolution display." Moto G2 leaked images highlight bigger screen, new design

It's looking like Motorola may have quite a few handsets in the works, but the Moto G2 is undoubtedly one of the most highly anticipated, given how well-liked the original Moto G was. It's expected that Motorola will announce the new handset at an event on September 4, but ahead of that a bunch of new shots supposedly showing it have been leaked by HelloMotoHK and they've even created a teaser image which highlights the main differences between the Moto G and the Moto G2. As you can see from the teaser below, the screen size will apparently be jumping from 4.5-inch to 5-inch and the G2 will also benefit from narrower bezels, so the overall footprint might not be that much bigger. HTC selfie phone and smartphone camera attachment to be unveiled on October 8th?

HTC is preparing to launch new products on October 8th, having sent press invites for the event in New York. Titled “Double Exposure,” the event will likely see the Taiwanese company unveiling the selfie phone as well as a smartphone camera attachment similar to Sony’s QX series. camera attachment will have a 16-megapixel sensor and a wide angle lens, along with the ability to connect to iOS and Android devices. All this will come packed in a water-proof, “tube-shaped” body, singing along HTC’s dedicated app for control. The publication adds that with this sort of accessories, the company is looking to diversify revenues and reach new segments of the market. Android L preview: World’s most popular OS gets a makeover

We were finally able to get our hands on the Android L preview over the weekend, and spent a lot of time seeing the changes aboard. Here’s what has changed in the world’s most popular mobile OS. Since this is an early preview , we didn’t expect a whole lot of changes in the UI right away, and that was more or less true. Except the Dialler, Calculator, Keyboard and Settings app, no big changes are seen in any apps. The notifications and lock screen have been revamped too. The first thing that we notice are the new navigation buttons. The previously direct buttons have been replaced with geometric shapes that are less on the nose. And they also look very much like buttons on a gamepad or controller. Other than that the launcher remains unchanged. Google is all set to change the face of budget Android market, yet again. The company has finally announced a trio of phones under the Android One initiative in India in the form of the Spice Dream UNO Mi-498, Karbonn Sparkle V and Micromax Canvas A1. Under Android One, devices will come with automatic backup on Google Drive, two-year software support from Google, carrier billing and some other additional feature such as Google Now integration for IRCTC train reservations, updated sports cards. Though, they will ship with Android KitKat 4.4.4 one can expect Android L when it is released officially.
